These are custom made one at a time breech plug vent liners. They have a vent hole size and that is .033". They were made using the "step-hole" method.  This allows more consistent results than a one sized through hole. From the primer side, the vent liner hole is bigger for the first .120" of depth and then steps down to .033" diameter the rest of the way. The "step-hole" method create funnel action and an expansion chamber, allowing more flame to the powder and reduces the pressure from the primer.
