In 1998 Colorado passed some new blackpowder laws concerning those people hunting during the muzzleloader seasons. It seems that sabots are no longer allowed. This means conical bullets. They additionally restricted the size of the conical muzzleloader bullets you can use. They can not exceed two calibers in length; this means no more than 1" for a .50 caliber conical muzzleloader bullet.

Remington 700ML Blackhorn 209 Conversion Kit
Our Price: $81.50

The Remington 700 ML Blackhorn 209 conversion kit ensures complete ignition much better than the #11 caps, including the hard nto ignite Blackhorn 209. During wet weather, No. 11 caps don't provide enough fire to consistently ignite the powder charge, especially if you are using pellets.
